What a magnificent day it was for our first-ever “18 For the Elephants” charity golf tournament at the stunning Pelican Hill Golf Club! With picture-perfect weather, a high-spirited crowd, and a powerful cause driving every swing, the event was a resounding success from start to finish.
Golfers enjoyed a day full of fun, food, and friendly competition across 18 breathtaking holes—complete with on-course challenges, top-tier culinary offerings, and refreshing beverages to keep the energy high and the smiles wide. Their enthusiasm and wholehearted support of elephant conservation truly made the day unforgettable.
A heartfelt thank you to our presenting partners, Angels Among Us Foundation and Oracle Maureen, for making this event possible, and to Caroline Rustigian and Polly Peak for producing such an extraordinary experience in record time. Over and Above Africa was deeply honored and grateful to be the beneficiary of this meaningful event.
It was a joy to spend time with the incredible @OracleMaureen, connect with Ava from AAUF, and finally meet the magnetic @TheLeoKingdom, who provided the soundtrack for the day. His musical magic, along with the legendary energy of “tie-dye Mike” and his world-class hugs, made the afterparty as vibrant as the tournament itself.
